23 football manager editor (before game) does not work. Can I have a refund or an explanation of how to fix it please ?

Hi I'm based in South Africa, playing an online game with a friend also from South Africa. I can't connect to his game. I keep getting a: "Can't connect to server" error.

How do I see if the server is down?

This is issue has been ongoing for more than a week.

I have tried connecting from three different computers and three different locations, with no success.

Please can anyone help?!
