Is X-Plane 12 down?

after the current update, x-plane 12 does not launch. I have a dvd boxset which i have installed successfully. please help me asap.

I have been using X-Plane 12,(with three monitors) successfully for about a month. Yesterday I accidentally altered the triple monitor settings in X-Plane and when trying to re-set the resolution to 5760 x 1080 the program blacked out on all screens. All attempts to re-start result in 3 black "X-system" windows in taskbar with all screens black.
I am unsure how to attempt a repair of X-plane.

X-Plane 12 when trying to use Zibo 737-800 x early access loads three quarters and then freezes the PC. I have been flying this model since x-plane 12 first came out in the Beta version there was no problems then. Using any other aircraft XP 12 Loads. I know that zibo 737-800x is not laminars problem. However this is the problem I have got with XP12.

i brought it under promises it was better ive used it about twice its a piece of junk vr is shiy=te waste of money i want a refund

Until a couple of days ago XPlane12 worked without any problems then it simply stopped responding. I can't launch it. I did all the checks detailed below but it made no difference. The only issue I have with the 'clear the cache of your pc' point is that when I open the %ProgramData% folder there is nothing relating to X-Plane 12. I ran a search in there but ... nothing.

After updating, x plane 12 wont start It gives a msg that it cannot initialize vulkan etc

No log.txt file is presented.

X-plane 12 worked properly until last update ; same thing after 3 reinstallations. Any response but blue little circle during 2 seconds...

X Plane 12 refuses to boot up and crashes after update v 00b13. Have informed X Plane and await resolution

updated x-plane 12, 10 min ago, x-plane 12 will not start, only has the little circle thing when you click on it for a second.
downloaded another x-plane 12 on same computer. works great . did not upgrade 2nd x-plane 12. original x-plane 12 still will not load.
2nd x-plane 12 still works great. afraid to upgrade 2nd x-plane 12
