Troubleshooting Silentium 2D: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Silentium 2D game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Silentium 2D again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Silentium 2D Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Silentium 2D and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Success!So, after a critical bug in the game was finally fixed, we got things running normally again. We did have to remove some of the polish on the game to clear up the bug (such as death animations and smooth screen transitions) but, we will be re-integrating these this week!About the GameFeeling a little nostalgic?
