Troubleshooting Toriki: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses


    Toriki: The Castaway Island down?   Toriki not working  


Common fixes:

  1. Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
  2. Update Toriki game Licenses (PS Only).
  3. Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Toriki again.
  4. Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix Toriki Game Server Connection Problems:


  1. Reset Winsock:
    • Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
      In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
      Now, Restart your computer and Launch Toriki and check if the issue persists.
  2. Close all other Internet connected apps.
  3. Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

This application is a digital companion for the Toriki: The Castaway Island board game from Lucky Duck Games.Toriki: The Castaway Island is a cooperative family game where players try to survive on a deserted island by exploring various locations, obtaining resources, discovering new species and crafting new items. You need the board game to be able to use this app.The game is a digital hybrid mixing physical components with the app. The players move their meeples around the map and scan QR codes printed on cards to perform actions. The app provides narration and describes the results of the players’ actions, as well as playing background sounds. The game is played as a single continuous adventure that takes about 6–8 hours to complete, though you can pause and save it at any time.
