Troubleshooting Holy Heroes: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Holy Heroes game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Holy Heroes again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Holy Heroes Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Holy Heroes and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Holy Heroes is a cooperative game for one to four players, sharing the same screen on a single computer via keyboard and controllers (type PS4, Xbox and generics). Players can choose from 9 distinct hero classes (Knight, Dwarf, Barbarian, Wizard, Cleric, Ninja, Necromancer, Paladin, and Archer) to explore diverse floors and biomes in pursuit of main or side missions.
