Is Stormshot down?

not working at all cant open the game ??

I just bought a new PC. I am trying to get Stormshot onto my new computer. I can't seem to get my account on the new PC and when I try to download the app on the new PC, it just says loading forever. Last night it was loading for over 2 hours and I finally gave up. I'm trying again today with the exact same results. Any help getting it loaded on my new PC and with my account attached would be great. I contacted support on the game but have had no response.

When I submit a trouble ticket it comes right back and says completed but nothing has changed

I have been playing for a bit, but just started freezing up at 3% when I try opening again. I tried deleting the computer cache and tried the suggestion to flushdns and reset winsock in command prompt. Nothing happened. I was going to try deleting the app and reinstalling it, but it says there isnt an app to uninstall it.

Since the update V4.1.0 Stormshot has failed to load giving message NETWORK ERROR n201109 Error Loading Data - any ideas on how to reboot or is the system down?

Trying to summon an alliance fire sprite in the villianous research gets me a forbidden action. Your current status does not match the server message. We have 22 qualify so it should be fine to be unlocked. Enough money has been spent on the game. Would expect it to be perfect at the millions it rakes in daily

Crashes anytime I click on the ape or dragon and just randomly in map screen

Keep getting 'n102006' connection error on my pc. have tried usual methods, but have not been successful. Was working fine last week. I rebooted, cleared cache, re-installed Stormshot. Working fine on mobile stopped working on PC. Game will open and with in a few seconds of trying to click anything get the lost connection error. There is no issue with the internet. Even tried that Winsock suggestion below.

I keep getting an 'n102006 error for connection but this only happens with Stormshot. i play Evony also and this never happens with it.

After the latest update the screen locks and can not be resized on any monitor using HP EliteBook 845 G7 Notebook PC, Ryzen 5 PRO 4650U with Radeon Graphics, 2100 Mhz, 6 Core(s), 12 Logical Processor(s). I went into the registry and stripped out everything related to stormshot and funplus, restarted downloaded PC version installed and that fixed the issue... However there are other players that are having the same issue after they did the same (of course I did not see how they did it and I am a PC tech since 1984 so I know what to look for. Can you point to a specific file or registry key to delete to enable the screen to be resized if this happens again?

Greetings, if I try to send a message, or reply to a message from my alliance, as soon as I enter the first letter of text, the game crashes. Been a fun game thus far. My alliance has asked me to change my auto assigned game name, but alas, I can not. Even entering type (text) in an attempt to change my name crashes the game. iMac M1, 24 inch, 2021, running Sonoma 14.1.1, Safari V 17.1 (19616.2.9.11.7) just updated maybe 2 days ago. No weird upgrades or modifications to my computer or system. Thanks for any assistance. Enjoy!

i couldn't access my stormshot app on my PC. uninstalled and tried to reinstall but gives me error code 5. I am missing out on an entire day. Please advise ASAP.
