Troubleshooting Sound Monster Soundboard: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Sound Monster Soundboard game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Sound Monster Soundboard again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Sound Monster Soundboard Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Sound Monster Soundboard and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).
Contact Positively Apps Customer Service
If the problem still persists, contact Positively Apps customer support. Here is how:
- Open email client

To make a police radio, put the start transmission sound when you press the key, loop radio static when you hold the key and transmission over when you release. All sounds are in the free sound pack.
