Troubleshooting AquaHero: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update AquaHero game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run AquaHero again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix AquaHero Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch AquaHero and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

AquaHero is a casual-simulation game that involves protecting the aquatic space with the help of a superhero. Your mission is to find all the starfish so that they are not left as prey for the sharks and the rest of the predators.
The ocean is not the safest place, so you will need continuous oxygen to survive. Try to be good to everyone, but less to the sharks because you will be attacked once you are noticed by them or different species of fishes. Keep your distance, save the poor stars in peace. That way it will be better for everyone!
