Troubleshooting Capsule Rush: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Capsule Rush game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Capsule Rush again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Capsule Rush Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Capsule Rush and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Capsule Rush is a third-person 3D platformer game set in different environments, each with increasing difficulty. Compete against other capsules for the fastest time and get ready for the challenges waiting ahead!
There are currently 10 different levels scaling from easy to very hard to choose between. The goal is jumping from one platform to another to make your way towards the finish line.
Each level contains obstacles which are recognized as moving enemies which you have to avoid by all means because if you touch one its instant death. You can avoid enemies by jumping over or around them.
You can also customize your capsule with different hats for a more appealing appearance.
If you are looking for an extra challenge you can also compete against other players for the fastest time, which is displayed on an in-game leaderboard.
