Troubleshooting My Neighborhood Arcade: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update My Neighborhood Arcade game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run My Neighborhood Arcade again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix My Neighborhood Arcade Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch My Neighborhood Arcade and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Welcome to My Neighborhood Arcade! My Neighborhood Arcade is a game providing a casual gaming experience of a rotating set of Arcade/Mini games. Games in the arcade cover arcade classics, puzzle, strategy, shooting, racing and more. My Neighborhood Arcade also includes Infinity Jukebox, a genre tag player stocked with hundreds of high quality game music tracks tagged by multiple genres to provide custom music scores in games or in the Jukebox player. The arcade maintains 16 rotating games with the ability for players to collect games for their backroom which are available when games are rotated out of the arcade floor.
In My Neighborhood Arcade, there's 3 types of currency. Credits are used to play games, you're awarded tickets playing and winning arcade games which can be spent inside those for 'In-App-Purchases', such as lives, bonuses, digital goods, etc. These are both freely available for all the games in the arcade. The third currency is Tokens which are purchased as DLC and allow you to collect the game units.
