Troubleshooting Arcanion: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Arcanion game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Arcanion again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Arcanion Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Arcanion and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Arcanion is a story about a young girl named Magi. Who is starting out at becoming a Warrior of Arcanion, a group who's duty is to defend their abbey and home from any invaders!
However, after Magi's first routine mission, one of the abbey's recently acquired treasures, the Dark Tome is stolen by a mysterious hooded man, who vows to get revenge on the Warriors of Arcanion, and also seems to share a familiar bond with Magi. Who is this man? And how does he know Magi? And what secrets does their home possess?
