Reset Winsock:

ABOUT THE GAME

This is not martial arts, but a body energy and awareness game, meditation, and exercise routine. The app has three modes: 1) Game mode 2) Meditation mode, 3) Exercise Routine mode. In Game mode, you get a point for each correct awareness position. In Meditation mode, the avatar randomly goes through all of the awareness positions. In Exercise Routine mode, you strengthen you muscle groups in a logical way, and be aware all around your body in a logical way. You also do 7 mudras (Finger and Hand energy positions).
