Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Errant Kingdom game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Errant Kingdom again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Errant Kingdom Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Errant Kingdom and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Errant Kingdom features three playable protagonists (with no fixed protagonist portrait, leaving players free to imagine their character as they see fit) and eight potential romance routes (six individual, two polyamorous). You can also play the game without romancing anyone and it will not affect your experience in any way. The game will be released in volumes on a bi-monthly (once every two months) basis. We plan for there to be a minimum of 5 volumes, each totalling a minimum of 2 hours of playtime across all three routes.
