Troubleshooting Highlight: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Highlight game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Highlight again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Highlight Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Highlight and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Six transmedial filmproducers, designers and storytellers decided to take the innovative transmedia theory to the game industry. The gameplay of this Indie puzzler is something players probably haven't seen before. The experiment and goal was to create a transmedial game and Highlight is the proof of concept. The proof of concept will take about half an hour to finish.
In Highlight the player walks around inside of the head of Roos Deelstra and at the same time search around in her Instagram feed. The player will need Instagram to find the answers to the in-game puzzles presented in Highlight.
The player will see two sides of Roos Deelsta during the adventure. The way she portrays her life on social media and how her life really is.
