Troubleshooting RockTop: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update RockTop game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run RockTop again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix RockTop Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch RockTop and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Rock Top is a VR game inspired by extreme sports - rock climbing. In the game, players can conquer various terrains and climb routes.
We have added obstacles and mechanisms on top of regular rock climbing, and players need to compete with them to successfully complete levels.
In addition to single player mode, we also have a fun multiplayer chase and competitive gameplay, with a maximum of 10 players usually competing.
In multiplayer mode, players play the roles of police officers and thieves to fight and chase in complex and interesting scenes.
The thief needs to steal all the gems in the scene, while the police are responsible for protecting the gems in the scene.
