Troubleshooting Symphony of Stars: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Symphony of Stars game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Symphony of Stars again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Symphony of Stars Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Symphony of Stars and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Play Symphony of Stars how you like! Fly around gazing at the stars and planets, or engage in combat, take over planets and build your faction's empire! If you choose the later, you'll need to use a bit of strategy as there are other factions vying for control of the system in the game. Build up resources, and properly leave planets defended before moving on the attack.
