Troubleshooting Swap Swap: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses

Common fixes:

Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
Update Swap Swap game Licenses (PS Only).
Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Swap Swap again.
Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix Swap Swap Game Server Connection Problems:

Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
  In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
  Now, Restart your computer and Launch Swap Swap and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.
Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Rules of "Swap Swap" are simple, but don't fall into the trap, appearance can be deceptive. Help our 4 friends to get out from this evil world using switches, teleports, bumpers and many machiavelic tricks... Be very careful, walls will certainly swap their positions to help you... or not. Swap Swap is a very addictive puzzle game. Get them out with a minimum of moves and be the best of the ones who have what it takes... to free their balls ;-)
