Troubleshooting Floor By Floor: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Floor By Floor game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Floor By Floor again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Floor By Floor Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Floor By Floor and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).
Contact AA Games Customer Service
If the problem still persists, contact AA Games customer support. Here is how:
- Open email client
- Provide all neccessary details about the issues you're experiencing.

ABOUT THE GAME
Floor By Floor is a 2D action game where you fight floors of enemies trying to defeat the level's end boss. With 4 weapons to switch between and an ever increasing difficulty curve, Floor By Floor requires precision, timing, and mastery of each floor in order to beat the level.
This was the first full game I ever made which was a couple years back but hey it got greenlit so it is! :)
It doesn't look like much but it can be fun so give it a try!
