Is Hokko Life down?

I have just bought Hokko Life for the Nintendo Switch. I had the downloaded version but got to the stage where I couldn't craft anything as it kept telling me there were internet issues. I thought it was a problem with the downloaded version so bought the game. Cost me £35 and still having the same issue. Nothing wrong with the internet as all my other games work fine. I have tried everything to no avail. Please can you help. Thank you.

I’ve been trying to access the train station to go to the City Center but it says “Destination currently unavailable” I’ve been playing all the way up to Summer 21 in the game on the Nintendo Switch version, and completed over 50 villager requests and even got the letter in the mail from Moss letting me know the train station is up and running but I haven’t even been able to see what the city center looks like, im thinking there’s something wrong with the game

I have a serious issue. Every time I press continue my progress on my game, it kicks me out with an error message. Someone please help me.

Just spent ageessss designing something then went to save and came up with "you've been disconnected network error" then it dismantled all my progress n put all my mats that I had used back in my pocket..... I'm so sad I just wanted to actually sit n try make something amazing n I felt like I had.. I wanted to put it in my shop too and share it, really sad

I have had soooo many problems with Hokko Life on my Switch! I couldnt save designs at all , then I could not download items from creators, now I cannot even get a train ticket! Seriously guys, please fix these issues as the game is becoming unplayable! I wish I had not paid 25 quid for this! Nothing wrong with my internet either as it keeps telling me!😖😖😖😖😖😖😖

Tengo el mismo problema desde hace varios días y es muy frustrante. No puedo guardar los diseños que hago para cumplir los pedidos, ni puedo diseñar paredes ni suelos, ni ropa, con lo cual no puedo continuar con el juego. Me da error de conexión, y mi conexión es estupenda. Espero que lo solucionen de alguna manera porque no es un juego gratuito. Juego en Nintendo switch

Nach einigen Tagen ohne spielbare Probleme…hatte ich beim Downloaden div.
Entwürfe anderer User im Innenstadtmodus…ab dem 08.10.2022 spontan eine Fehlermeldung.
This besagte dass die Internetverbindung aufgrund eines Netzwerkfehlers..unterbrochen
sei. Erneute Überprüfung meines Internetans chlusses wurde empfohlen.
Besonders ärgerlich ist es, man kann auch eigene Entwürfe nicht mehr herstellen…
Beim Abspeichern der Entwürfe erhält man diese erneute Fehlermeldung!

I'm having the same issue as Karyn above. I cannot save designs. It first happened when I was in town downloading someone else's design. Now I'm having the same network error message in the workshop when I try to save a design. Super frustrating! Very 😡

Es ist frustriend...Das Spiel ist völlig mangelhaft. Beim Starten und Laden stürzt das Spiel bis zu 3 x in Folge immer wiederab!
Spielfigur friert während des Spiels ein..Neustart erfoderlich..was lange genug dauert.
Die gestörte Serververbindung wurde ebenfalls noch nicht behoben...sehr ärgerlich, da man demnach auch Quests nicht erfüllen kann.
Wie lange will man noch die User hinhalten, bis einmal eine Reaktion des Entwicklungsteams veröffentlich wird, ob man die Probleme kennt und daran arbeitet?
Die Spielidee ist gut, aber die Umsetzung für ein "Full Release Game" völlig ungenügend und nimmt jeden Spielspass.
Hokko Life ist in dieser Form nicht zum Kauf zu empfehlen!

It is constantly saying network error when I go to town and into stores. I have great Internet connection. And it's working fine. But I keep getting charged 50 coins to go to town and nothing works... Ugh

At the very beginning of the game, it prompts me to type my name. I am not able to enter any text within this box. I have tried with both a wired and wireless Xbox One controller, and a wireless mouse/keyboard using a USB dongle. I cannot proceed beyond this point, rendering me unable to play the game! Please help! Thanks!!
