Reset Winsock:
Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator. In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard). Now, Restart your computer and Launch Ball Driver and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.

ABOUT THE GAME
Ball Driver is a casual action/racing/platform/reflex game which you control a ball (shocker!) through various stages.
You have to complete every level within the specified time limit to succeed. There are 3 levels to put your speed, control and attention to the test. Mind you, controlling the ball is tricky! You have to maintain your speed but should not get carried away with it. Drive as fast as possible but don't loose control! Also be mindful of red fireflies on the tracks which will try to push you off course.
