Troubleshooting Lanterns: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Lanterns game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Lanterns again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Lanterns Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Lanterns and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Lanterns is a co-operative platformer where two players must work together to solve a gauntlet of unique puzzles. Players control a red and blue character that are able to shine a ray of light, of like colour. Objects in the world react in many ways when illuminated by these mystical lights, however timing, precision and a lot of communication will be required to conquer each trial.
Play as Red or Blue and navigate through levels, or lead your teammate to temporary inevitable doom. Unlock different characters and along the way, and discover secret areas.
