Troubleshooting Ballz: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Ballz game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Ballz again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Ballz Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Ballz and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
The player controls the paddle which prevents a ball from falling from the playing field, attempting to bounce it against a number of objects. The ball striking a object causes it to disappear. When all objects are gone, the player goes to the next level. It's easy!
