Troubleshooting Protoball: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Protoball game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Protoball again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Protoball Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Protoball and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

We are currently still in early development, and our vision for Protoball is grand. In addition to the core sports mode we intend to add Dodgeball and Laser Tag game modes. Protoball will have cosmetic DLC and customizable outfits & VFX. No random loot crates for a chance at the item, you'll always be able to purchase the exact item you want. All purchases will be purely cosmetic and never affect gameplay. We intend to have a large and ever growing catalog of custom styles so that you can truly make your character your own.Protoball will host official leagues and tournaments with some frequency.
