Troubleshooting Xenosis: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses


    Xenosis: Alien Infection down?   Xenosis not working  


Common fixes:

  1. Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
  2. Update Xenosis game Licenses (PS Only).
  3. Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Xenosis again.
  4. Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix Xenosis Game Server Connection Problems:


  1. Reset Winsock:
    • Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
      In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
      Now, Restart your computer and Launch Xenosis and check if the issue persists.
  2. Close all other Internet connected apps.
  3. Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

You are a deep space salvage hunter who discovers the remains of the Starship Carpathian, thought to have been destroyed on a deep space mission nearly 50 years ago.You’ve hit the jackpot. The data core housed in the ship’s AI will be worth a lifetime of credits on the Black Market, so you dock with the ship to retrieve it. The ship appears to be empty. There are no detectable life signs, and besides, surely nothing could still be alive after so many years?The game takes place on the Carpathian, an Interstellar Starship built to terraform a mineral rich planet on the edge of our known solar system.
