SOULCALIBUR VI down or not working? crashes or problems?

Yesterday it worked. Been couchplaying. And today while we started up soulcalibur. It goes to the press any button and then black. F.reset, cashes, all the stuff we could find done. Even lost my save file... hopefully its still on my ps4. But no matter what i do it doesnt work on ps5 and even crashes the ps5

i did all solutions. after 'press any butten', did not working. just black.
