Troubleshooting Metaverse: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Metaverse game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Metaverse again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Metaverse Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Metaverse and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

But if you really want the full experience, we recommend starting fresh by clicking the New Simulation button in the main menu. This will erase your current game save and let you start fresh with the new tutorial and planet.
