Troubleshooting HexenHold: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses

Common fixes:

Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
Update HexenHold game Licenses (PS Only).
Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run HexenHold again.
Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix HexenHold Game Server Connection Problems:

Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
  In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
  Now, Restart your computer and Launch HexenHold and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.
Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

HexenHold is a combination of a tower defense and a 2D platformer where you play as a newly summoned minion of an “evil” necromancer that begrudgingly needs some help in fending off an invading force of skeletons and ghosts.Frantically run up and down dungeons to strategically place towers bought with the gems dropped by defeated enemies. If there aren’t enough towers to get the job done, pick up and throw the enemies to get yourself involved in the action!Prove your loyalty and defend your necromancer boss like your life depends on it!
