Troubleshooting VHS: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update VHS game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run VHS again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix VHS Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch VHS and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Dark rooms, dead ends and many corners and stairs you could be lost if you aren't paying attention. The demons will find you, so think and move fast!You have seconds to plan and act, with our smart entities they are searching for you, and will not rest until they find and kill you. Wander with fear as you hear their horrific screams in the distance before they finally have you in their site. Each entity brings a different challenge, so be ready to change up your tactics on each level you experience.During the lifetime of the game, we will be offering constant and free updates, with new levels, features, fixes, changes and more!
