Troubleshooting Depths of Despair: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Depths of Despair game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Depths of Despair again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Depths of Despair Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Depths of Despair and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Depths of Despair is a solo/group survivor-like, roguelite game. You simply use the WASD or arrow keys to move around and automatically slay enemies with abilities doing the work.
- Play solo or up to 4 players by hosting games online or via LAN.
- Survive waves of enemies and bosses for 10-20 minutes on each map. Gain experience, unlock abilities, and upgrade them.
- Conquering maps will unlock new, harder ones.
- Collect gold and unlock new characters with new starting abilities.
