Troubleshooting Giresun: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Giresun game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Giresun again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Giresun Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Giresun and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
This is a 3rd person shooter game created with Unreal Engine 5
There is Elimination mode and Control mode in game that you can play 1v1, 2v2, 4v4, 5v5 versions.
In Elimination mode, you are defeating enemy and when a team reach enough points, wins.
In Control mode, there will be 3 areas, you can capture an area and defend it. If you control 2 or more areas, you will start to collect points and when a team reach enough points, wins.
This is not an online multiplayer game. You are playing against bots.
It is a free game and there is no marketplace in it.
In 2024 we are planning to add new maps like Giresun Island and Giresun Castle and much more maps with new mods.
