Troubleshooting Asterball: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Asterball game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Asterball again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Asterball Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Asterball and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

These points ca be used to gain advantageous items to help. Items only last for the round, but can help gain an edge on the opponent in different ways. The Sportsman can purchase the electrifying Lightning Rod to gain a huge increase in speed, or can play on the offensive with the Pulse Bomb, causing targets to be knocked back.
