Troubleshooting 3DC: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update 3DC game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run 3DC again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix 3DC Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch 3DC and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
3DC is an educational video game to raise awareness about depression among children between 8 and 12 years old. The game teaches the main symptoms and risk factors, the importance of empathizing with those affected and the need to ask for help if they recognize themselves in a similar situation.
Players live a day in the life of Dante, a 9-year-old boy who has developed depression. They will go through his daily tasks to learn about his problems and try to help him. To do so, they will have to learn about his thoughts, talk to his family and overcome several mini-games.
