Troubleshooting Dim: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Dim game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Dim again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Dim Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Dim and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

Dim will obtain different abilities related to light as it advances, Light Within being the first one, where now Dim can illuminate the world a little more for a limited time or Lightspeed, where Dim can now move a short distance at lightning speed!
