Troubleshooting Collecstar: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Collecstar game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Collecstar again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Collecstar Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Collecstar and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Collecstar is a 2D platform arcade game where you have to climb as high as possible by jumping on randomly spawned clouds while collecting as many stars as you can to increase your score even more. But watch out, as some stars may not be so friendly, and some clouds as well! Regardless, climb high and shoot for the stars to score big!
