Troubleshooting Familiar: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Familiar game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Familiar again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Familiar Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Familiar and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

In this game, Familiar: Battle of the Labyrinth, you will embark on a treacherous journey through a large and mysterious labyrinth. You will need to summon all the familiars you have to fight a large number of powerful creatures that guard the labyrinth's secrets. Your goal in the labyrinth is to find what lies at the end by fighting through automated battles during which you strategize the best way to defeat your enemies. As you travel through the game, you will find more familiars to fight by your side in battle. In addition, you will have the chance to explore new and interesting locations and find collectibles rare and unique to bring back with you.
