Troubleshooting Novus: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Novus game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Novus again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Novus Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Novus and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Novus aims to combine the Gorilla Tag type locomotion present in Gorilla Tag with the FPS genre of games mainly present on flat-screen games. There's an interactive type of movement in play which makes you have to use your hands to bounce of the ground to move where you want to, or you can use the dash. The goal is simply to shoot the other players and get as many kills as possible. There is also an in game proximity voice chat to help everyone communicate with each other and have fun! This way the game is more than 2x more immersing.
