Troubleshooting HexDefense: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update HexDefense game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run HexDefense again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix HexDefense Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch HexDefense and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

HexDefense is a roguelike tower defense with an emphasis on constant action with little to no downtime. Defend your city by building towers, upgrading them with money from your fallen foes, and equipping them with strange items you find while scouting the world in an attempt to stop the endless assault!Where are they coming from?Once they have found you they do not stop! Scout in the direction that the enemies are attacking you from in an attempt to find their source and to have some warning when something really nasty is headed your way!Upgrade and equipUpgrade and equip towers with items to increase the chances that your vain attempt to survive is successful! While upgrading is a great way to increase a tower's damage output, it quickly becomes expensive. A judiciously placed item can save you when all else fails! But be careful, towers can only have a certain number of items and once an item is equipped to a tower it cannot be removed.
