Why have you sold me a faulty product mount & blade 2 has crashed 3or4times now saved game data is replaced with corrupt files which I can’t delete from my ps4, another waste of money!!! I wasn’t even fussed about playing online just wanted to play campaign and you can’t even get that right… could you plz point me in the direction of recovering the £50 I paid for this headache many thanks Chris

Troubleshooting Mount & Blade: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses

Common fixes:

Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
Update Mount & Blade game Licenses (PS Only).
Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Mount & Blade again.
Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix Mount & Blade Game Server Connection Problems:

Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
  In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
  Now, Restart your computer and Launch Mount & Blade and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.
Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).
