Troubleshooting Zellige: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses


    Zellige: The Tilemaker of Granada down?   Zellige not working  


Common fixes:

  1. Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
  2. Update Zellige game Licenses (PS Only).
  3. Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Zellige again.
  4. Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

    • Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.

  3. Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

The palace is a fully explorable 3D environment, which you can walk around and admire in first-person. While doing so, you'll be able to talk to its inhabitants, the Dhahbans. They are a wealthy, well-travelled merchant family, and their home is filled with souvenirs and artefacts from across the Islamic world which will help you find inspiration and learn new techniques!
