Troubleshooting Epic Jump!: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Epic Jump! game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Epic Jump! again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Epic Jump! Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Epic Jump! and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Epic Jump! is a 2D platform game, where you will have to jump from platform to platform on many different hand-built levels with different challenges. Jump your way through ice, desert, lava, and much more levels to reach the top and unlock the next level. Do all this solo or invite a friend to play local multiplayer (still in development).
This game recreates the old nostalgic games we all used to play in a more modern way, to bring back the slow yet joyful experience video games used to give us.
