Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Cryptr game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Cryptr again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Cryptr Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Cryptr and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Cryptr is a new dungeon crawler, hack and slash adventure style game with RPG elements. Cryptr aims to be a fun game featuring the works of many artists. Currently, Cryptr is single-player with multiple playable classes: Skeleton Mage (caster staff), Knight (sword and shield), Fallen Knight (two-handed sword), Myrddin (caster staff), Ravager (dual sword), Fighter (punch/kick), and Archer (bow and arrow). Early Access is anticipated to be mid to late 2022 (Summer or later ideally). Pricing will remain the same per copy during and after Early Access.
