Troubleshooting HoopsFPS: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update HoopsFPS game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run HoopsFPS again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix HoopsFPS Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch HoopsFPS and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

HoopsFPS is the only first person "shooter" on Steam. This is the only FPS basketball experience on Steam to date, so go ahead and try it out. Jump in and play head to head basketball against a friend or foe.
The game is an online first person basketball game where you play head to head in a 1vs1 quickplay mode or create a room from 1vs1 to 3vs3. Each game consists of two six-minute rounds.
