Troubleshooting ZOA Protocol: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update ZOA Protocol game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run ZOA Protocol again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix ZOA Protocol Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch ZOA Protocol and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
The Earth has been ravaged by a devastating invasion by an alien race named the Vulkil.Your story begins in the year 2172 as an unidentified Specialist on Olympia Prime, a base located on Earth's moon. You've just been volunteered to participate in a secret military experimental procedure called ZOA Protocol. Little is known about ZOA Protocol except that most who undergo it don't survive. Those who survive experience enhanced abilities such as strength, endurance, speed and dexterity. As a ZOA Protocol survivor you must use your newly discovered powers to race against time to defeat the Vulkil, ultimately saving Earth. The game story will unfold chapter by chapter and saving Earth will require you to commandeer space craft, locate and fly to Alien planets & forge or break alliances in the search for a way to defeat the Vulkil.
