Troubleshooting New Earth: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update New Earth game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run New Earth again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix New Earth Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch New Earth and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

year 2123. The earth is filled with corrosive gases, the atmosphere is spoiled. Humans have created habitable conditions on the moon. To become an inhabitant of the New Earth (not everyone can do this), you need to pass tests, a number of quests.
New Earth: The Quest is a single-player game developed by one person using ready-made assets. In this game there are 4 levels, 4 quests that you have to go through in order to become a resident of New Earth.
The addictive gameplay will not leave anyone indifferent, the quest with horror elements at some levels keeps you in suspense, but at the end you relax realizing that this is a simulation.
