Troubleshooting Shrumblo and the Magical Grumblo: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Shrumblo and the Magical Grumblo game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Shrumblo and the Magical Grumblo again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Shrumblo and the Magical Grumblo Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Shrumblo and the Magical Grumblo and check if the issue persists.
- Close all other Internet connected apps.
- Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME
Survive for as long as you can while playing as the blue robot Shrumblo! The objective of this game is to lure Grumblo, the red demon, into several moving spikes which temporarily stuns him, and also earns you a point. Survive for as long as you can and earn a high score! By earning a high score you can earn more trophies as you progress. There are two sets of trophies, one for the main mode where you are pursued by only one enemy, and another set for the Double Grumblo Madness mode, where two enemies will pursue you at once. This game tries to invoke the feeling of classic arcade games that are easy to understand, hard to master, and enjoyable in short bursts. I hope you have fun!List of features:1. The meter for this will deplete the longer you use it, but will recharge over time.3. If Shrumblo is close to Grumblo the dash meter will recharge faster.4. If Shrumblo is touched by the spikes or Grumblo the game will end, and if you got a high score it will be saved.
