Troubleshooting Epic Tower: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses

Common fixes:

Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
Update Epic Tower game Licenses (PS Only).
Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Epic Tower again.
Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix Epic Tower Game Server Connection Problems:

Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
  In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
  Now, Restart your computer and Launch Epic Tower and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.
Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME

Embody Margo, an almost fairytale like princess. Housed in her room at the top of a tower, she faces an abundant amount of suitors who show up to court her. Until then, a grandma dragon was protecting the tower but as she retire the tower is defenceless. The princess will have to kick out suitors by herself. Create your very own tower, connect castle rooms, place traps, sneak in galleries, unlock new traps, request your allies, and send suitors packing before they reach your bedroom! Epic Tower for Tireless Lovers has two distinct phases : a thinking and building phase and an action phase. During the first phase, you'll arrange your castle to create a maze so suitors get lost and you'll place traps to snatch intruders. The second phase allows you to move in the castle you made to eliminate suitors who are roaming in your tower. You'll have to activate and repair traps, call out your allies while keeping an eye on your bedroom door to avoid suitors to go in.
