Troubleshooting Octofight Escape: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses
Common fixes:
- Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
- Update Octofight Escape game Licenses (PS Only).
- Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Octofight Escape again.
- Install Missing Multiplayer packages.
How to Fix Octofight Escape Game Server Connection Problems:
- Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
Now, Restart your computer and Launch Octofight Escape and check if the issue persists.

Two teams are facing each other, the « defenders » and the « attackers ».
The defenders must complete missions all game long, if they manage to accomplish them, they’ll win.
The attackers must attempt to escape by finding solutions, while doing tasks that the defenders will require them to do.
The lobby system allows you to create private or public games, in order to play, as you wish, only with your friends or other players from the Octofight community.
Thanks to the in-game mic system, you can as well coordinate and chat verbally with your friends and as well as with other players.
