Troubleshooting Chess: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses

Common fixes:

Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
Update Chess game Licenses (PS Only).
Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Chess again.
Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix Chess Game Server Connection Problems:

Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
  In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
  Now, Restart your computer and Launch Chess and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.
Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).

ABOUT THE GAME

Chessformer is a grid-based puzzle platformer with Chess pieces. Each of the pieces moves as expected, but they fall down after moving and can't move again until they stop falling. Pieces also stack on top of each other which is key to solving most levels. The goal in each level is to capture the opposing king, who is lazy and never moves, so don't worry about losing any pieces.
