my computer will not load the game when i boot up the game it crashes and gets me stuck on a black screen

Hi, bought this game last year, I switched to the beta version a few months ago and today no matter if I reinstall the game, it crashes to the menu if I use the map feature. Searched the internet, but it didn't come up in results.

hi,

we bought your game last year. When the new update came out, we switched to beta. When we switched back to the regular game it will not load. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, even went out and bought a new computer. With the new computer, in the regular game it will not load at all. Plus all of the saved games are now gone. The game constantly kicks me out on either computer. We are not happy with how this product is running. The fact that money was paid for this game and now it can not be played. Would love to see this issue fixed as we enjoy playing the game.

Ran the Beta version, enjoyed the day/night sequence, weather, etc... but the motion was somewhat jerky and ballast and other graphics detail were not good. Tried to return to the early access version, but will not load and run. Too bad! Almost 700 hours of railroading lost to me.
