My index controllers are having issues tracking in the game. When I’m in the steam home they work and track completely fine but when I launch or go back to the game I have no hands.

Troubleshooting Noun Town: How to Fix Common Problems and Isuses

Common fixes:

Clear the Cache of Your PC or Console
Update Noun Town game Licenses (PS Only).
Power cycling your console (PlayStation 4 & Xbox One): Turn off your console » unplug power-cable for 1min. » Plug power-cable back » restart console » Run Noun Town again.
Install Missing Multiplayer packages.

How to Fix Noun Town Game Server Connection Problems:

Reset Winsock:
- Press » Search bar » and type CMD. Now, Right-click Command Prompt when it comes up as a result and select Run as administrator.
  In Command Prompt, type 'netsh winsock reset' and hit Enter (on your keyboard).
  Now, Restart your computer and Launch Noun Town and check if the issue persists.
Close all other Internet connected apps.
Restart your network (modem or wi-fi).
